A Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa was for people who wanted to come to the UK to start a new business.
This category has been closed to new applications since 2019, but those already in the UK with the Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa can apply to settle in the UK until 5 April 2025.
Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa and Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur Visa categories have been replaced by two new categories:
If you are already in the UK, you can apply for an extension of your Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa if you:
Have created new jobs

Are engaged in business activity

Have invested in UK business

Are the director or a self-employed person

Have enough funds to support yourself in the UK
