AHSCP seeks views of sensory loss service users

The Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership (H&SCP) plan and deliver a wide range of health and social care services for adults and this includes the provision of sensory loss services.

This year, the H&SCP will be reviewing services for people with sight and hearing loss.

Services will be continuing as normal this year with a new contract starting in April 2024.

Further information will be made available at the start of next year.

As a result AHSCP want to hear the views of people who use these services and the views of those who may use them in the future across Aberdeenshire.

This is to ensure these services meet the needs of the service users and support people to live as independently as possible within their communities.

There are drop-in sessions arranged in March, which will give participants the opportunity to complete the Sensory Loss Service review survey.

The drop-in sessions will be from 9.30am until 11am.

If you would prefer a one on one chat individual 10-minute slots can be booked between 11am and noon by emailing aberdeenshireHSCP@aberdeenshire.gov.uk
